Lisa Jane is a behavioral healthcare executive whose mission is to help and serve others. After earning a degree in Business Administration and Marketing on the east coast, she spent her early career in the health/fitness and financial services industries before she was called to work in Arizona in behavioral healthcare.
For over 20 years, Lisa Jane served in various roles in the behavioral healthcare industry. She later served as the Chief Marketing Officer on the executive leadership team at Sierra Tucson, a leading holistic addiction and mood disorder treatment center. For 15 years, she was instrumental in transforming the Sierra Tucson brand, as well as building a multi-functional marketing team to help grow their clientele. Her outcomes-driven leadership resulted in substantial revenue growth as her team increased admissions and goals year over year. As a brand and marketing expert, she specializes in crafting and implementing a full-spectrum marketing strategy. She combines strategic communications, public relations, event management, advertising, creative and graphic design, and social media to elevate brands and increase revenue and brand position.
After witnessing first-hand, the profound impact she made for Sierra Tucson, she sought out to start her own firm, Wellness Legacy, that would cater to the behavioral health industry that thrived under her direction. With a unique understanding of the industry’s needs and nuances, Lisa Jane enables health and wellness businesses of all sizes to thrive. The culmination of her experiences has led her to expand her business consulting services into the health, fitness, finance and coaching sectors, as well.
In addition, she realized a vision of supporting leaders and those wishing to move into leadership by co-founding WE Lead, a company that offers intimate workshops and experiences to elevate leaders in their professions and development. Alongside this meaningful venture, she is an executive leader and Chief Marketing Officer for Lido Wellness Center, offering her skills and experience to strategically build the company and overseeing digital marketing, outreach and alumni services.
Lisa Jane has had the honor to serve on several boards and committees including the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals (IAEDP) and various Arizona addiction education and prevention campaigns.
