ABOUT ANDREW
Andrew’s extensive 20-year background in a multitude of Chemical Dependency and Mental Health settings has shaped his firm belief in human strength and resiliency and his passion in working with this population; he is committed to helping individuals and families achieve change and reach their potential. His education includes a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of New Mexico in Child Development and Family Studies, and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from New Mexico Highlands University. Life experiences afforded him the opportunity to live in a variety of different cultures, which accounts for his speaking four languages; he is passionate about skiing, fitness, the outdoors, nutrition, and spirituality.
As a Certified Addiction Counselor, and Clinical Social Worker, steeped in Psychodynamic and Attachment training, he compliments his therapeutic skills as an EMDR practitioner.
He brings a holistic approach to his work with individuals at Recovery Ways and is passionate about Body and Mind integration: his Client Centered approach and wide diversity of skills complements our Clinical Mission and makes him an asset to our organization. Prior to joining us, Andrew was actively engaged for years in several Recovery initiatives in New Mexico and served a variety of agencies committed to bringing change in their communities.
Andrew Sidoli is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Addiction Counselor with an extensive 20-year background in a multitude of Chemical Dependency and Mental Health settings. His education includes a bachelor’s degree in Child Development and Family Studies, a master’s degree in Clinical Social Work. Prior to joining C4 Consulting Andrew Sidoli was Chief Clinical Officer at Recovery Ways in Salt Lake City and Executive Clinical Director at Shadow Mountain Recovery in their centers in NM, CO and UT.
During that time, he designed curriculums, implemented programming and developed successful Family Programs, his experience with Attachment, Family Systems, and his training and experience with Trauma brings a Trauma Centered methodology to clinical work. His experience with the development of clinical and medical programs, and his operational experience make him a visionary, experienced, and creative Mental Health professional and Clinical Operations Specialist: he has extensive experience providing innovative and compassionate mental health treatment while simultaneously cutting facility costs and driving employee productivity. Andrew has developed a unique balance of acute business sense and expansive clinical knowledge, allowing for effective program curriculum development. Skilled at negotiating with insurance providers, building community partnerships, and developing/promoting brand identity, he is dedicated to creating a culture of excellence across clinical and operational departments. He is dedicated to inspiring, collaborative leadership and consulting with Agencies committed to an Organization that fosters a culture employee and staff development. Andrew is currently enrolled in an MBA at the University of Utah and is in a joint venture with the University with his company True North Behavioral Health in bringing MindShield, a Patented integrated Trauma-Resilience Clinical modality that address burnout and Trauma for both patients and Behavioral Health providers.
